Let’s check out three back patios and yards. All could use some (a lot of) help.
Reading, Pennsylvania. New fence and siding needed. How do you fit a table and chairs on that patio?

Another Reading, Pennsylvania home. Looks like the balcony and back patio are about to fall down. Enter at your own risk.

Houston, Texas. That back porch support beam doesn’t look very, uh, supportive. Did rats or opossums chew on the siding?

I can hear all the above handymen saying “I don’t need no stinkin’ level –I can eyeball it!” Is that roofing for siding on the first photo?

Oh, like I really want to put a table and some chairs out there so I can feast my eyes on that stunningly beautiful backyard.
And if that balcony did fall down, do you really think anybody will notice?

Yeah TLynn, it looks like 3 tab shingles, never thought about using left overs for siding…hmmmm
In photo #2 I think that the drain gutter is straight and the balcony is crooked, so the second floor was scabbed onto the first floor….or the first floor is level and the second floor is crooked
Photo #3
Pink asbestos siding?
