What kind of sloppy schlump lives like this? If only I could step into the computer screen and tidy that place up…

Somebody’s 20-something year old son has moved back home and is showing his appreciation!

Why would the agent even bother to post the photos?
But then again, Leif wouldn’t have such an entertaining site

SAM, exactly my thoughts. I dare sellers to make this blog redundant.
Actually, I am seeing a difference (I’m NOT claiming this site had anything to do with it) in how homes are presented. The ratio of good to bad homes is easily 20:1. I find it harder to discover “good” bad examples lately.

There is NO excuse for not at least picking the junk up from the floor before taking a REAL ESTATE photo, people!! You are trying to SELL your house (or maybe you’re not really trying, and don’t really want to…but hey…). Do people think prospective buyers are going to be willing to “just look past” all the crud and junk and dirty clothes on the floor? All this says is “I really don’t care about my things OR my house, and I am a dirty, lazy slob who doesn’t care about maintenance, either…..(so don’t look very closeley at the water stains on the ceiling, or the holes in the carpet, or the grout-deep mold in the bathroom, or)…. Just buy the house, warts-and-all, OK? For full price? Because I’m a “nice person” who doesn’t really care about the impression my house makes on you, and am too lazy to make even a small effort. Please ?”
