We had to cover up parts of the nude photo. Can you imagine bringing your kids to this house?

I don’t know what those are. Ask me in ten years, or better yet, ask your father.

That one photo will probably turn away 90% of your potential buyers.

That house otherwise looks clean, neutral, and has nice wood floors- I could overlook the weird picture if the rest of the house looks this good.

Nice, clean bedroom. DIRTY picture!
Seriously, I do like the bedroom sans picture. The colors and flooring are nice, and everything looks spotless.

I am reminded once again of the house I went through, where large photos were hanging in various “public” spaces of the family nude. Yes, the scrawny professor father, the Valkyrie-like mother, and the children, all naked, all fully exposed, staring unsmilingly at the camera.

I don’t get it. It’s a nude… and the problem is….?
When people say a nude is “dirty”, there’s really something going on inside of them, not the picture.
Yep, just take the picture down, problem solved.

It’s not a particularly attractive nude. But Johnny - for a house showing, really? Would you answer the door the that way too?

There’s nothing dirty or wrong with a nude female form. But when you are selling your house it’s good to remove with the rest of your art

Is that a piece of plywood on the other wall, hiding a defect or damage? Or is that art, too lol ?
