Clutter Crisis

The living room is usually the first room you see. Let the first impressions begin.

Looks kinda Cheez-y to have all that clutter in the kitchen when selling.

Doesn’t look like this bathroom has enough storage.  Will buyers brush it off and wipe it from their list?

This is the patio, supposedly.

We see some used mattresses outside.  Great idea: turn the frame over and make it into a child’s play area!

I’m really not surprised at all to see this. As you’ll notice in P# 1, you drive your shiny new Camaro right up to the front door so you don’t have to overexert yourself walking more than a coupla feet to get in the front door. That usually is the sign of a homeowner who doesn’t care about straightening/cleaning up the house.

    Photo #1 boggles the mind.
Did they cover up (what appears to be) a brick fireplace with (what appears to be) a wet bar?
I sincerely hope I’m wrong. Maybe it’s just this long, squashed-in-the-middle-seat, NY to LA flight I’m on that’s causing my mind to play tricks on me.

Could I not stick my hand through that jail door to unlock that knob?

The cluttered bathroom has nothing to do with a lack of storage. More like, WAAAY too many hair care products!

Photo #1: This looks like they covered up what could have been a very nice fireplace with Walmart shelving.

Photo #2: Is that floor tile on the counter???

The booze bottle and used paper/plastic cups on the fireplace at a classy touch.

Come on… no matter HOW poor you are, you can always afford to tidy up!

I think the kitchen has potential, the backyard, too. Getting all the clutter thrown out would help to see where to start. I am a reformed slob, so I can see how it can get to this point, unfortunately. I would love to see how this piece of coal was turned into a diamond.
