From the dust and carpet wear marks around the ties, it looks like they have been there a while!

Also, it looks like the TV came from a heavy smoker’s house, or has been pawed with dirty hands after working on cars….

Maybe this is a ‘lounge’ area in a garage?

That is the filthiest TV I’ve ever seen 8-0 (except maybe from a few on Hoarders…shudder).
