Is Laveen near the border? It looks like a stash house for about 20 people. From these pictures, they obviously don’t want to sell it.

Who is taking these pictures? Please tell me they weren’t done by the realtor. I get that you have to be honest but these look like someone is trying to make sure no offers are made.

Once again, who’s interested in buying a home that looks like this? Obviously, if people didn’t care about the daily upkeep, they obviously were ignoring/neglecting the important maintenance on the property.

I don’t understand when people take pictures of things in the house, rather than the rooms. Like a picture of a china cabinet, a table, or trash. Those kinds of photographs are more like craigslist ads than real estate photos.

Okay we are in the process of buying our first house and honestly after seeing today what we saw, this house is NOTHING! I mean a little trash or even stained carpet, bad paint job,etc is all nothing compared to what we saw today. We looked at a SHORT SALE that was listed pretty high in price and has been on the market for almost a year, well today we looked at it and guess what? Now I know why. It was the most disgusting and horrifying thing I have seen as far as homes go. There were writing on the wall, flooded bathrooms, kitchen was pulled apart and stove was fixed with red duct tape, smashed windows, car in the back yard in the high weeds, dog piss everywhere, carpet pulled off the stairs(not taken off to redo but pulled off in anger). Lets just say, people live there and were there when we were looking at the house, also we did NOT even go upstairs because it was that bad, oh and holes in the walls everywhere. it was so horrible! Wish the owners were not there and I would have taken pics.
