Very Nice After Front of House Appeal.
Nothing changed but color did a lot.
And yah a mailbox and Cypress removed.
    Nothin’ big.

I do like those new bathroom sinks and vanities.

I’m so glad John F. Long never built a house with those horrid cabinets in the Southeast. Amazing improvement with paint and grass in the front yard.

I knew before I saw the picture that the new kitchen would have stainless steel and granite… Yeah, it’s an improvement over the old cabinets but still… *yawn*

The kitchen looks a lot better, but even a little crown molding would have been a nice finishing touch.

Hey! Is this a John F. Long home? I noticed that there is a window over the sink. I thought the hallmark John F. Long homes was to face a wall when you did the dishes. More importantly, what ever happened to John F. Long after the Maryvale experiment? I know there are some John F. Long homes near 19th Avenue and Thunderbird, but those seem more like lavish designs next to the Maryvale creations. Curious minds want to know…

He moved unfortunately over to NE Phoenix around Thunderbird Road (from 34th Street to 40th Street). The same ugly cabinets show up there. But it’s even worse. He went from block wall construction to frame wood with cheap, thin t-111 siding for exterior walls and very cheap aluminum frame windows. When you close the front door, the windows rattle.

Sucker. Those vanities are TERRIBLE quaility and might last three years.
