More baseball caps on display in homes for sale. Please make it stop.
Really? Hanging your cap on the ceiling fan blade? Classy. From Carbondale, Illinois.

This Nashville, Tennessee home has a rule: you must wear a hat in the common areas.

Grab and go in Sun City, Arizona.

Besides the baseball caps on the wall of this Tempe, Arizona home, why is there an electric outlet over the doorway? To make vacuuming easier?

The outlet over the door would make vacuuming easier! Get the dang cord out of your way!

Years ago, outlets were placed high on the wall to accomodate an electric clock without having a long cord hanging down.
Love this site. Makes me feel… neat and clean!

The house I grew up in had (still does) an outlet attached the light fixture, above the mirror & sink. It’s hard to reach, height wise and counter width wise, and I can’t imagine what you would plug in there. For giggles I would try to plug in a hair dryer, but then the cord kept falling into the sink.

My home had several electric outlets high up on the walls when we bought it. I have no idea what they were ever used for but we disconnected them and covered them up. Makes me wonder how common this is.

I’m guessing they always hang garland on the archway at Christmas, so they asked the builder to put an outlet there.
