It’s amazing what the fish eye lense does. Same rooms look twice as big. It’s probably just a 13-1400 Sq Ft house.

I didn’t even notice the fireplace in the before shots. Very nice redo.

How much did the investors probably have to spend on improvements to flip the house? 50K + ?

Black cabinets - can you say DUST MAGNET. something an investor is never concerned about, I’m sure. And I’m sorry, but “investor in foreclosed house making healthy profits” just sets my teeth on edge these days.

Are you all f***ing retarded. This house is a prison. yo. I mean ok, good work on the effort and all, taking hints from debbie travis and home depot flyers. but brutal, evrything about this space is haunting and sad. I am sad when I look at these reno jobs. Where is the light? it’s so stark and prison like. I feel for you. I want you to have a better space, as you only have one meager existence. Make it beautiful, aesthetics are key. Heard of feng shea?
I’m kidding.
I love these photos! Nice renos! beautifully done, the dark browns.
Love,
Maxwell House
