You know what that cat is thinking. “Hmmm, lot’s of elbow room here. If only this bathtub had dirt.” From a Garden City, Kansas home for sale.
We all know cats are clean and they lick their paws, etc. But is it safe to say that most buyers would be turned off by this? The perception that a cat just went to the bathroom in the litter box and then jumped up here before cleaning its paws? Better to remove the cat before taking the photo. Just saying.

That’s a big sink. The cat is trying to figure out how to get to the other side. How exactly would you get in this? And how would you get out?

Shouldn’t there be tile there, under the tub, instead of wood/pretend wood? Isn’t that going to get ruined when the water splashes out as someone is getting out of this tub?

That is one huge sink or one really small tub. Looks too low for a sink, too high for a tub. So, maybe the sellers should have stated which it is. Is that the cats water dish in the lower left of the picture?

And this cat knows it.
He does not care if you are trying to sell the house. He does not care if the photo will possibly repulse any potential buyer. He is a cat. He will poop in the tub if he so chooses.

I hate people who leave comments just so they can tell you they hate something. Are you that unhappy? Anyway, it’s funny that you said the cat went to the bathroom in the litter box. Is there a bathroom in the litter box? Animals don’t use the bathroom, they use the litter box or the crap on the lawn. By the way I hate dogs.
