Did you notice the crooked support post? There doesn’t look like much is holding up the center of that house.

That picture had me fooled. Anyway, when house hunting I don’t count baths in the basement or attic as part of the official number.
I have seen a number of actual basement toilets that have lost their enclosures and are just sitting in the open.

I’ve seen a toilet on the “third” floor of a victorian right at the stairs. On the other side of the toilet wall was a sink, and an attic.
I’ve seen two (two!) basements with toilets; one in the middle of a wall and the other in the middle of the room.
