Here’s a recent remodel that had minor renovations.
Before Kitchen. The house sold for $75,000.
After Kitchen. Same cabinets, but everything else is new. The remodeled house sold for $147,000.
Before Dining/Family Room.
After Family Room. Not an exact location, but gives you an idea of fresh paint and flooring.

The kitchen looks nice. I would have put in a single vessel, non stainless sink. I hope they didnt put the wood flooring on grade. The termites will have a field day in AZ.

The dining room looks so much nicer! And that isn’t real wood, you can tell by the glare.

I know those shiny black counters are stylish now, but I don’t care for them. How can you tell when the counter is clean? I don’t care much for granite counters either, and don’t understand why they are so popular.

I was under the impression that tile is best in dusty climes. The kitchen is lovely

At first I thought those black-framed pictures were small flat-screened tv’s. One would be kind of nice to have in the kitchen, especially if the main TV is not visible from the kitchen. You could watch the news while you’re cooking dinner.
