This looks like a typical flip to me. And since we are still cleaning up the mess, 21 years later, from a “typical flip”, I would want a lot of questions answered before I would even consider this house. Show me the permits, especially for the electrical, since 1 of the pot lights already appears to be gone. Did anything get done to the plumbing? Or is this just lipstick and mascara on crumbling bones?

That house looks very cramped. The fireplace is so close to the kitchen. I feel like the kitchen would be right on top of the living area. You couldn’t really position the furniture to enjoy the fireplace.
