There’s a point where messy becomes crazy.  This Mesa, Arizona home is a good example.

The living room.

Family room.  The sellers bought the house for $123,000 in 2000.  They refinanced in 2005 for $155,000.  Spent most of the money on clothes?  Was going to foreclosure auction but they managed to get it sold as a short sale for $107,000.

The neatest area of the house is the dining room and kitchen.

Did you notice? There isn’t any furniture!! I guess this is what happens when you unload everything so you can get the furniture out. Hopefully those boxes will soon be filled and this “stuff” can be moved out, too.

Oh, yeah, I forgot. Congratulations to the realtor for getting $107,000 out of this. Good Job!!

The place looks like it was stirred up with a stick.

It’s supposed to be Mesa, Arizona. Not Messy, Arizona. Lol.

I’ve never seen so many plastic garbage cans and milk crate containers. Being a professional tat artist, I am unable to buy enough border to finish a room, but I can finish my drawings on the walls of my bedroom.

These people have already moved, into a rental, taking only the bare necessities.
They may be back to pick up a few more odds and ends, or not.

I bet these people feel very liberated. They have unloaded the house and all their crap in one move and can now start over.

As an absolute nutjob, I would accept a house in that condition just for the satisfaction of cleaning it up and repainting it.

This house kind of reminds me of ours a little bit. But, I have a solution for the owners of THIS house. Have a garage sale!…..or should it be GARBAGE sale. LOL!

is it any wonder these people went into foreclosure? They spent all their money on useless shit and had nothing left over to pay the mortgage!

Two words - Ebay and Craigslist.

It looks like all the furniture got repossessed !

    Solution:
Inside, scoop shovel and dump truck.
Front loader and 2 dump trucks

The place looks like it has been looted. All the big stuff has been carted off.

Look at the ill fitting front door in photo #1. Someone has broken it to dump off more stuff!

They might have been cooking crystal meth there. Too many plastic containers and hoses….demonic art in one bedroom…The people who bought our last house turned it into a meth lab .
