Awful House - Outside Photos

Now we take a look at the outside of this dilapidated Phoenix home.

The photo’s caption reads, “Back door missing.”  That’s not all that’s missing.

We step back a few feet and see the rest of the back door area.

Another doorway.

They were planning to fix the roof someday.

There’s a door!

The front of the house.  Basketball hoop, where every shot is a leaner.

    Tear down.
Maybe the French door can be salvaged but, eeeeeeeeeewh, I don’t know. I say, walk away.

    Really?

They are actually marketing that as a house?

That is a dump, plain and simple.

I’m sure the neighbors are happy to see it on the market but are scared of what it may attract…..

What a shame. It could have been very cute. Maybe the frame is ok and it can be gutted, but I expect it’ll be torn down.

It’s funny that the house is the same color as the dirt.

I bet the roaches left for better digs.

Looks like someone nailed a bunch of old plywood together and called it a house. I’ve seen better looking places in photos of post-earthquake Haiti.

How to build a house with no budget:

Eco-look. Siding, use mud. Blend into the local terrain. Camo stealth look for the next zombie apocalypse

Recycle friendly. Why pay for your building materials when you can salvage scraps from the dump.

Save the landfills. Do not fill up the dump with your junk when you can use your back yard. Saves on fuel

Natural ventilation. Save yourself from those deadly toxins all the modern stuff is made from. Glass is over-rated anyway

I think our poor Sam has been watching too many of those hoarder shows.
