This sad, neglected home was sold for $17,000. As a tear-down, likely. Anything worth salvaging? We’ll take a look inside first.
This is the kitchen, believe it or not.

Many delicious meals were cooked here.

Worth saving?

When we said, “Fill the bathtub,” we meant with water, not junk.

Another bathroom. The iron is there because?

Air fresheners really brighten up a home’s appeal.

It leads to junk.

The house comes fully furnished.

The only thing looking up at this house is this photo.

Leif, is this property in an area where the lot is valued at $25-30k?
At $17 plus teardown and cleanup, you’re there easy, it seems.

The only thing I see worth anything would be the multi-window door that could be refurbished into some kind of shabby chic piece. This really is a tear down.

This property is very valuable - to put in a parking lot!
