Camden, New Jersey home for sale.
The dining room. Complete with pine tree air fresheners, because…? Is the middle curtain hung upside down?

More pine tree air fresheners. Just like in the movie Seven? Are we too late to save the sloth victim? Notice the dirty walls and notice a lot of pictures were removed from the wall.

Sir Duke Almore is 100% Aries. Ashtray, videotapes, dusty TV. Does look like a movie set.

The ceiling damage is bad, but I’m more disturbed by the dirty window drapes. What happened?

Is that dirt or mildew?

Impressed?

Buyers are just like those two TVs: turned off.

The kitchen’s the best room of the house. Except for the vinyl floor tiles stuck to the wall!

It would have been nice if they painted the back of the house and replaced the garage door.

For Camden this is probably considered a mansion. lol. Not surprising.

I don’t get this. Is this a small house attached to that large building?

Lovely view of the rowhouses from the bathroom window.

I hope someone renovates it. It could be just lovely.

From the furnishings, I would imagine they inherited it from Grandma and just let everything go.

Even if they renovated the house it would still turn into a wreck after a year or so. There is just no fixing up Camden sadly.

I just read the article you linked to Camden…sad its happening but the sewage smell is probably the reason for a lot of pine tree air fresheners.

You can see a black hand on the extreme left of the Duke Almore photo. It looks like he’s holding up a piece of paper. The house looks like it was built about 1920
