Before & After - Worse Now

We like to show you before & after photos when homes are renovated.  But sometimes owners don’t know how to maintain a home.  Here’s an example.

After Front of House.  As it looked in 2012.  It sold as a short sale in May 2012 for $27,000.  The roof, the clutter, the Christmas lights, etc.  The door!

Some people will pay good money for old Airstream trailers, but the interior is probably trashed. I’ll bet there was someone living in it full time when the photo was taken.

It looks like gypsies took over the house and trashed it.

When I see this kind of thing I don’t think of lack of money, lack of education or even lack of pride, just a despicable lack of character and sense of responsibility. It’s the reason I suggest that potential employers drive by the homes of all adult job applicants. There is a lot you can find out that way.

The Airstream and the truck would be greatly loved and used by me.

I wonder what they used to attached the roof shingles, seems odd that they are coming off so easily.

The wheels on the car have deflated from being there for so long. I notice airstreams seem to sink into the ground quickly
