I hate those cheap boob lights in the LR, but the bare bulb is even worse.
About the 2 plungers - maybe one for the sink and one for the toilet, so you can keep your germs separate.

I probably wouldn’t even look at this house because of the crap all over it. And that is a shame cause the house itself has potential. When did we, as a nation, stop putting things where they belong and just started dumping them any old where?

I found this in my joke files. Probably 1970’s comic, Hi & Lois You took your house off the market already? Yeah the first person who came said it was a pigsty and a dump. Golly who would say that? My real estate agent!
