Really? And they left it untreated? How much mold and mildew is behind the wall?
The kitchen faucet is rusted and corroded. They tried to paint over it.

What do the notices on toilets say? I’ve never seen them in Canada before.

It’s a standard announcement for bank-owned/foreclosure homes that have been winterized.
