Did you watch last night’s episode of Hoarding: Buried Alive? It’s titled “Tear It Down.” The home owners neglected their home so much that the ceiling had caved in in places, mold grew on the walls, and, even worse, the septic tank backed up and spilled into the house! You could see the septic water flowing in the hallway. This is a screen shot of the fecal/urine-soaked cluttered hallway. [The other hoarding show, Hoarders, starts its new season next Monday, August 13.]

I saw it, the woman really has some mental health issues. She wanted to keep all the stuff that was laying in that filthy sewage, and thought nothing was wrong with that!

Leif!!! Where were you when you wrote that paragraph? As if the picture wasn’t gross enough, then you saw fit to give Stephen King a lesson in descriptive writing! Oh how foul…
Do you have any pictures of hoarding with John F. Long Builder Cabinets? Save those for Halloween!

We were watching that last night and couldn’t believe it. That had to be the top episode I had ever seen. They cried about finding a dead cat that had been missing two years and yet wouldn’t move out with sewage spilling into the house. So sad.

Yes, it was disgusting but I question how much of that show is staged. For example, the photographer is always in the exact position to get the shot. I think they abandoned that house a long time ago but signed up for the TV show to get it cleaned out for free so they could sell it. Yes, they are probably crazy but also foxy.

Oh man I missed this episode. I have to make sure I watch it. I prefer the other Hoarding show though.
