If you were putting your photo up at Match.com or any dating website, would you use your most flattering photo or one with your hair messed up or unshaven or tired, etc?
So why aren’t home selling photos at their best?
El Mirage, Arizona home. Is this the best photo available? Couldn’t the seller comb his hair, wash his face, shave, put on a clean shirt, figuratively?

As a buyer, would you go out with this house?

Same thinking applies to selling a used car. Would you clean it out and wash it before taking photos? Yes. So when selling your house…

What a shame. Has a walk-in closet and bathroom and it looks like it is being used as an architects extra office instead of a bedroom.

Not only would I NOT ‘go out’ with him, I wouldn’t even bother to ‘contact’ him after seeing this….lousy first impression for sure..

I don’t know anybody that still has a waterbed. He could get one of those adjustable air beds and not have to worry about water leaks and mold.

Maybe he is working so hard, he has no time to sleep…..
Most likely a rental. The Tenant can care less if the house sell or not
