With the heat in Phoenix, the brain sometimes gets fried a bit. People get confused. Sellers park their cars on front yards.

He doesn’t want to block buyers from walking up the driveway. Very considerate.

This seller doesn’t want buyers to walk up the path to the front door.

Another considerate seller. His front porch light bulb is burned out, so if buyers visit at night, we’ll turn on his headlights for them.

This taxi driver needs to call a cab. This particular house was sold as a short sale. It went under contract September 9, 2011 and finally sold 10.5 months later on July 30, 2012. Short, indeed.
