Not sure if it’s blood or rust, but engineered flooring goes great in a bathroom.

Hmmm, red stain. Couldn’t be cooking meth in there?
I’d be testing for hazmat chemicals.
Dried blood usually has a darker crusty texture.(Personal experience from owning rentals)
