Don’t Eat the Peeled Paint

Older home, built before 1978.  Could have lead-based paint.  Be careful.  Would not pass FHA appraisal inspection.

    It could get costly to clean up the paint and then the plumbing outside and the bars on the windows do not make for a quick sale either!

    Looks like they put latex over oil base. Peels like a real bad sunburn.
