Portland, Oregon home that’s filled with the Halloween spirit. How about taking a new photo without decorations when selling?
Boo! Scary short sale home in Phoenix. They used this photo when the house was listed November 29, 2011 (one month after Halloween). Despite that, it went under contract on November 30th, but then took 10 months (!!) to get bank approval and sell; it sold October 2, 2012. So perhaps they were okay to use the Halloween photo.
