Please join me in singing the 3rd annual UglyHousePhotos version of the song “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” Everybody join in now. A one, and a two, and a three.
On the Twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…
Twelve million cow things…

Eleven chairs a stacking…

Ten rolls of T.P….

Nine deers a killing…

Eight dolls a staring…

Seven plates collecting…

Six bears a stuffin’…

Five water jugs…

Four brass geese…

Three turtles dove…

Two panda bears…

And a John Deere in the front room.

Merry Christmas!

Ha, this is awesome! I suppose this means I should not continue to store farm and lawn equipment in my living areas.
Question: on the tenth day, WHAT is the object on the corner of the counter by the toilet??
9 Leif // Dec 26, 2012 at 8:25 am
Sara, I’m guessing that it’s a flexible “modern” clock. He/she times him/herself on the toilet?

Happy Holidays, Leif! Very enjoyable post, as usual.
Another question on the tenth day: Other than that “clock thing”, what is reflected in the mirror? Is that a noose? Scary!
11 Leif // Dec 26, 2012 at 10:22 am
Nancy, the noose is the hand-held shower tube. You’re looking at the shower and towel rack across the room.

Wished Santa left me a John Deere under my tree. Could really use one.
Happy Holidays! Thanks for the laughs and all the inspiration for keeping my humble abode in tip-top shape, as I hope to never, ever, see it on this blog.
