The sellers wanted buyers to see the turtle and fish at the bottom of the pool.
A lot of chairs for sittin’ and staring but no one’s cleaning.
Let the new buyer deal with the dirty pool and bad plaster.

One of my clients bought a home with an in-ground pool last year that was full of green water plus a bonus of several hundred frogs. I showed another one with a school desk and a bicycle in it.
