This is going to wind up being more extensive than a remodel. This is going to be a “from the studs out” rebuild!! Good Grief! What were they thinking?

The pool area is huge! I would love to have one up here in the Dakotas but with our weather it would be mostly ice skating

Ugh. Appears to be extremely labor intensive to fix up. Could be really nice. Maybe some free labor from people needing to do “community service hours” would help in the cost.
