Sometimes home renovation projects can be overwhelming.  Many people give up or run out of money.  Here’s an example.

    This is going to wind up being more extensive than a remodel. This is going to be a “from the studs out” rebuild!! Good Grief! What were they thinking?

    The pool area is huge! I would love to have one up here in the Dakotas but with our weather it would be mostly ice skating :)

    Ugh. Appears to be extremely labor intensive to fix up. Could be really nice. Maybe some free labor from people needing to do “community service hours” would help in the cost.
