That orange flooring is known as saltillo tile. It’s a thick orange-red-pink clay tile (1/2-2/3 inch thick) that was very popular in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The majority of buyers nowadays don’t like it. I’ve learned to bite my tongue when showing homes with it; a client here and there will like it.
Lucky penny for the buyer who wants to tackle the damaged cabinet and flooring.
