Pride of Ownership - Part 3 of 3

We’ve seen the rooms and bathrooms of this fine home.  One last chance to see if they spent the refi money to redo the floors.

That orange flooring is known as saltillo tile.  It’s a thick orange-red-pink clay tile (1/2-2/3 inch thick) that was very popular in the late 1970s and early 1980s.  The majority of buyers nowadays don’t like it.  I’ve learned to bite my tongue when showing homes with it; a client here and there will like it.

They also included this photo.  Why?  To show money spent on landscaping?

The new buyer will renovate the home to the respect and condition it deserves.

The $67,000 is sitting beside the pick-up. A shame, cause that is just about what it will take to rehab that house.

Let’s take a look inside the RV. I’m sure it’s in pristine condition.
