These Peoria, Arizona sellers have a rooster & chicken collection in their kitchen.

It dominates the space.

She was feeling cocky.

This is egg-actly how she envisioned her dream kitchen.

Her best-laid plans were ruined when the idea to sell was hatched.

The family room is starting to fill up.

110 degrees. Not how you want to sell your home to out-of-state buyers. It is a dry heat (only 16% humidity).

Wait. It’s 110 degrees and she has a hoard of blankets.

And a lot of old dirty pillows. Frankenstein does not approve.

I guess she is happy with this look and the space looks clean and cared for. The “stuff” goes with her and the house looks clean under the collections. Darn kitchen cabinets that leave the space for this type of “decorating”. I would rather have had more cabinet and less open space. By the way, did you know these spaces are now called “planters”!!!

After the filth we saw in yesterday’s photos, I think this kitsch-hen looks Grade A.
Sorry.

I’ve never understood Roosters in the Kitchen. Chickens dump at will, so I’ve never understood why anyone would want to have that sort of feel in their kitchen of all places. Foul. Gross. Time for Chicken and Dumplings!! Nasty.
