Proof Positive. Just like carpeting, the uglier it is, the longer it lasts! Sun City almost qualifies as classic, but the rest are just ugly.

I have to admit, I would excuse the wallpaper in that Marshalltown, IA home for the period woodwork. There is a house with some potential!
