I don’t want my kids pictures out there, especially attached to something that has an address. What are these people thinking?!!!

I play World of Warcraft, and battle don’t take six hours…well, unless you have a really bad group
I love your blog. I’ve learned so much about what not to do when selling a home! Some of it is stuff I would never have considered.

OMG!! I recognize “major sewer damage” house! I looked at it while I was house hunting! The house had been home to at least thirty people (slum lord renting out a room per family). The washing machine was not hooked up to a sewer line. The water just drained out under the house and washed away huge holes in the yard and under the slab! Because dozens of people were living in a house meant for a single family, the washing machine ran all the time. There’s worse damage not pictured.
