Dirty, neglected home in Casa Grande, Arizona. It’s a good idea to change your air filters once a month. Otherwise, dirt and dust spread around your house, as seen around the ceiling vent.

There is a lot of potential here.

The living room.

You’ll need to take a shower after taking a shower in this dirty bathroom.

The master bedroom.

Another bedroom.

Are there any clean walls in this house?

It sold for $19,720.

Question: Do bonafide home builders build these kind of houses or are they built by the owner? I’m not from AZ, but it seems that many of the houses on the site were not built by anyone with architectural or design knowledge or skills. The houses couldn’t have had much to offer, even brand new.

But in this case it’s Fire Up Above because that’s what it looks like.

@Mahler - This house is probably close to 100 years old. Would have started as a 1 by 1 (1 room in front, 1 room in back) with a flat roof and most likely constructed from adobe bricks. It has been added to, had wall board installed inside and stucco outside. And most likely the construction was done by family members.
