Looks like I am not the only one that is tired of the mess that goes along with drapes and curtains. I haven’t worked up the nerve to dump them, yet, and if I did, I don’t see how sheets or blankets are any better. These places would show better with bare windows.

I’ll take bare windows any day over these so-called “window treatments”. Meanwhile, what were the people in “grandma’s bloomers” house thinking when they put the crib next to the window - it’s just too easy for a toddler to get hurt trying to scale those curtains or getting tangled up in the blind cords!
