A man did this huh? lol - I would have pressure washed, put up colorful shutters, painted the door and possibly a flower box under the main window and nice flowers. Not painted the brick. In the kitchen, just replaced countertop and applicances. The dining looks better without the separtation and the bathroom I would have left tile, replaced sink counter and floor and taking out the shower doors was good. I never would have replaced the roof either unless it was extemely needed and I was renting and not flipping. lol - but thats just what I would have done.

Very nice! Although, I would have removed all the soffits in the kitchen and installed cabinet boxes that go all the way to the ceiling. More money, yes, but it would have added much more storage.

nice job. that hall BR after shot has one of the Home Depot vanities. We bought one and it was pretty inexpensive for the quality. Makes the bath really look great for a little $$. You guys think can lights are going to be around forever?

More people should have rocks instead of lawns for all the chemicals, water wastage, and lack of care that often ensue.
