Careless Sellers Could Care Less

Why bother offering home staging advice?  The sellers just don’t care.

What is that black water in the bathtub?  Dirty toilet too.

There’s a security camera by the front door.  They don’t want anyone stealing their precious belongings.

As soon as I saw that bathtub, I think I would start edging my way to the nearest exit.

Ew. I want to clean it.

I guess they could care a little less, but not much.

that grossness would warrant a good deal for a buyer maybe?

    No motivation or pride?

This is, sad to say, some people’s normal.

That is a Malm fireplace. They are worth several hundred dollars, even in bad condition. Sadly, the fireplace is worth more than the house.

Taria, that’s just what I was thinking. The house itself looks to be in good condition. Not many people would look past the crap.

Obviously, some people shouldn’t live in a house. A pigsty might be a better choice.

I can’t say what I am really thinking…..lol but Taria and Murphy are right, look past it and see the potential and a deal!

I can’t be the only one who sees a fully-clothed body in that bathtub. I about jumped out of my seat when I saw that photo.

    *shudder*

Looks like there is a body in the bath tub!

*Sigh* Sometimes I wonder how these real estate photographers get out alive.

In the photo showing the Malm fireplace - preeeety sure those are some Bang & Olufsen speakers hanging up on the wall (some RL60’s perhaps?). And that’s a mighty nice looking hi-fi below it. Maybe a few nice electronics and baubles hiding in plain sight.
