Gross, nasty, yucky, dirty, and filthy. You’ll have to take a shower after seeing these photos. This Phoenix home sold in 2006 and someone paid $135,000 for it! This is the living room, believe it or not. With a dirty fish tank (stinky?), a soiled pad on the ugly chair (yuk!!), and clutter, clutter, clutter. Hmmm, two computer monitors. The seller is probably your stock broker or investment counselor; wouldn’t that be scary? [photo was lightened +100 from the original, so imagine how dark this room actually is]

Here’s the grimy kitchen with dirty knobs, ugly cabinets, ugly green drapes, and an old window A/C unit.

Imagine what this room smells like in the summer. Eight dog cages! And a black dog in the foreground. A Buddha statue to fend off bad karma. Ugly drapes. Wood paneling. Don’t forget, someone paid $135,000 for this house. [photo lightened +75 to show off every gory detail]

Would you use this bathroom? Wallpapered shower! With mirror tiles too!! Ugly and dirty.

Did you expect the back yard to look perfect?

The front of the house.

Clutter? I think that goes right past clutter to OH MY GOD THAT’S DISGUSTING. We toured a house that looked a little like this. We were freaked out. We only braved the basement because, by that point, it was like a bad traffic accident. We didn’t want to look but we had to. And yes, it was horrible.
But at least the guy didn’t have one of those creepy dolls!

The perrson living her was obviously mentally ill and possibly an animal hoarder with all those kennels. I hope there wasn’t any animal abuse going on there.

Im surprised nobody brought up the oil barrel in the bathtub. Anyhow, the house shows potential. My husband and I have flipped MANY houses like this.
