Most sellers would rake the leaves before having real estate photos taken.  Not this one.

The tire swing will be a big hit with the kiddies.

    Looney Tunes is right…….UGH.

The entire house is a dump, but it’s the bathrooms that take the cake. Nice sheet plastic and duct tape ‘shower’ and boxed-in wall-hung sink. I’ll bet both are fun places to use-not.

Poor little house. Once upon a time it was quite nice.

Sure looks like a pair of under pants hanging in #3.

It is going to look just like this when they eventually move out, the tenants may already be gone.

The Looney Tunes characters on the garage door may be an indication that there may have been a daycare provider living here at some point.

    Not a pleasant thought.

Even if the house was tidy and in better condition, I’d bet you a million knotted curtains that the new owners would instantly remove those awesome kitchen cabinets with the retro-gingerbread trim and replace it with modern garbage.
