Prison Yard?

Really?!? Rumor is…the resident issued an executive order to have this fence built. And that he made the neighbors pay for it.

    The fence was designed to keep the children from jumping put of the yard and running away.

    That fence as well as the bars on the windows don’t inspire confidence in the neighborhood.

    I gonna guess the fence is a deterrent for anyone thinking about breaking in, a reminder of their last 5-year stint for burglary. I’d hang pink underwear on the clothesline too.
