    If this house wasn’t in AZ, I’d say it had been flooded. I live on the Gulf Coast and we get hurricanes that cause super flooding. The homes look a lot like this one after the flood subsides. Sad, sad situation. Breaks your heart.

    There must be a story behind this. I see water marks on the door, so maybe flooding? Even so, I am always amazed at how many realtors and agents contract to sell houses “as is”. The depressing effort would make me refuse to do it.
