On a Shoestring Budget

The cost of selling a home can seem too high for some sellers. So they cut corners and hire an amateur photographer, for example. You get what you pay for. The photographer didn’t get out of his/her car and didn’t get close enough to the condo in order to not include the shoes on the electric wire or the ugly dumpster. What first impression does this photo now give to buyers?

    Shoes on a phone line indicate a drug deal place. What drug depends on the shoes. I would run from this whole neighborhood!!
