Turned out nice. Inside. I really despise the lunar landscaping. I get it that investors don’t invest in landscaping, but the application of the rock is more work for the homeowner who wants to install real plants. It’s ugly and lazy.
Despite that, this house’s exterior is mid-century charming.

Is it difficult to maintain trees and shrubs in Arizona? I can understand not having lawns which are a waste of resources, but in a hot climate, would it not make sense to plant shade trees, and/or edible plants, like fruit trees and shrubs? Just wondering….so many of these yards seem so barren.

Okay, the moon-scape is pretty much maintenance-free, but ugly. The interior just took some trash hauling, some paint, some tiling. Really an easy turn-over for $65K.
