Before Kitchen. This home was purchased from a bank for $79,000.

After Kitchen. The renovated home then sold for $149,000.

After Bathroom. The flippers kept the bathtub and original tile.

Before Front of House.

After Front of House. No changes besides new paint. They didn’t even spend $600 on fresh gravel or $100 on fake shutters.

    This was a pretty sad flip, actually and I would not consider this place. They really removed a lot of cabinetry from the kitchen and the range hood isn’t even vented outside anymore.

    Moreover, the green tile in the bathroom looks terrible!

    I agree with Anthony. There’s still mold and mildew on that hideous green tile! I mean, come on. If you’re going to invest some money, go the extra mile and do it right.

    The photo of the kitchen remodel is a funny in itself as the protective film wasn’t removed. All of the photos have been shot too wide.

    Boy, great kitchen if you barely make any food. Open shelves? Usually, these flips end up with much-improved kitchens. This one though, meh. I have a better kitchen in this apartment.
