Not digging these four back yards. The first one should be impressive to buyers because of its size and wide RV gate, but the pieces of carpet, the chair, the hose, all the dirt, etc. works against it.
The next back yard photo shows a dead tree, a large tree limb on the ground, a bad roof, and not much else.
The grass should be mowed and the bougainvillea bush trimmed. A paved walkway would look nicer too.
Lastly, this back yard is just dirt. The shed looks like the dirt touches wood directly, which is like putting out the welcome mat to termites.
