Part 2 of 3 because there are so many photos.
We continue with our tour of a foreclosed Chandler, Arizona home, focusing this time on the kitchen, family room, dining room, and living room.
They left behind a lot of items (food, dishes, TV) but took the refrigerator.

It all seems to point toward eviction. They waited until the last possible second to move out, the Sheriff arrived, and they had 10 minutes to shove furniture and a refrigerator out onto the front lawn.
There are many horror stories in Phoenix about renters who aren’t told by their landlords that the house is being foreclosed. Sometimes the renters figure it out on their own (mail, notices posted on the house, knocks on the door). The renters then lose their last month’s rent and cleaning deposit. The law is more sympathetic toward unsuspecting renters than they are toward owners who were fully aware; they usually allow the renters a day or two to move out.
