The owners scratch their heads, “Why isn’t the house selling?” Proper home staging and good photos can help a home sell quicker or at the very least sell at all. Here is a collection of real estate photos from a Phoenix home that did not sell the first time or the second time. The comments section stated, “Owner wants it SOLD.” Hmmm.
Buyers did not go bananas for the house after seeing the garage photo.

While the interior design plays a vital role in the look of a house. The curtain clothes should be tidy and good looking one.
