She needs to stay away from the self-bronzer. Her legs are orange. What’s that extra hand doing near her shoulder? [Appleton, Wisconsin]
Who wants to look at a raccoon’s underbelly while eating? These Tempe, Arizona sellers do.

From a home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Splattered paint on the wall.
Don’t forget to take your medication.
They sure love Jägermeister. Yes, graffiti on the wall.
That orange couch is older than they are.
And graffiti outside.
Graffiti arrow pointing up.
Another graffiti specimen inside the house.
If these are the owners, they sure didn’t care about getting higher offers from buyers. If these are renters, the seller should have kicked them out and repainted the house.

Skull painting and striped couches.
Creepy skull. Pretty hair.
At another Phoenix home, a skull on the dresser, a skull on the table, and a skull painting.
And then this in a Mesa, Arizona garage.
And a witch too!

Thank you, Michael, for sending these photos.
She’s showing off her naturally blond hair. And her San Diego, California back yard.
She’s trying to get out of the picture, but too late.
In this photo, it looks like her pants are down after coming out of the bathroom. But it’s actually her hand. Still, was it necessary for her to be in the real estate photo?
The photographer asked the man to leave the room for the picture, but he was just too slow. Don’t forget your baseball cap!
And here’s a third person trying to escape from the clutter.
Let’s give them some credit. The kitchen sink and counter look spotless.
The living room. Sigh. Oh, wait. Is that yet another person standing on the right edge of the photo? I see a hand and sunglasses.
Shocker. There’s no one in this bedroom.
Here’s a close-up view of the painting from photo #2. What child is this?

Thank you, Rachel, for finding these photos. I think we’re just as shocked as you are.
Stuffed animals on display. Because that’s how you sell a house. Aim for a specific type of buyer. Alienate the others.
Never fear. There’s more taxidermy!
The rest of the house is filled with dusty collectibles.
There’s a dog on the black chair. Wanna bet he ends up stuffed and mounted some day?
Artwork with nudity. Who wants to see that when eating? Not appropriate when selling.
And another view of the nudity. It’s like a museum.
Too bad the stainless steel appliances are ignored by visual distractions.
And more stuff.

“You will buy this house! You will buy this house! Ha! Ha! Ha!”
The painting sticks out like a sore thumb. Thank you, Sara, for finding this Los Angeles house for us.
