Fido is resting comfortably on the left side of the photo.  He likes to look out the front window and bark at strangers.  As a result, he damaged the window blinds.  So the seller has covered up with damage with a towel, hoping that buyers won’t notice.  Fido also likes to hang out by the front door, leaving his fur oil on the door.  We don’t know what the bucket of dirty water is for (right side of photo).
