Home decorators nowadays suggest floating furniture away from walls to make a room feel bigger.  It also makes it hard for guests to talk to each other without shouting when all the seating is so far away.

Adding an extra bathroom to your home can add value.  Except when it’s done by amateurs and installed in a garage!  Yep, in the garage.  It also has a door lock as if anyone would walk in on him/her.  Is there a water supply, is there proper drainage, is there a vent stack, is there ventilation, is there lighting, was a building permit obtained?

Camden, New Jersey home for sale.

The dining room.  Complete with pine tree air fresheners, because…?  Is the middle curtain hung upside down?

More pine tree air fresheners.  Just like in the movie Seven?  Are we too late to save the sloth victim?  Notice the dirty walls and notice a lot of pictures were removed from the wall.

Sir Duke Almore is 100% Aries.  Ashtray, videotapes, dusty TV.  Does look like a movie set.

The ceiling damage is bad, but I’m more disturbed by the dirty window drapes.  What happened?

Is that dirt or mildew?

Buyers are just like those two TVs:  turned off.

The kitchen’s the best room of the house.  Except for the vinyl floor tiles stuck to the wall!

It would have been nice if they painted the back of the house and replaced the garage door.
